Google Cloud 2018 WEF Installation (Davos)

MULTI-USER INSTALLATION USING MOTORS, LED LIGHTS AND SCREENS

Experiential Installation for Google Cloud at the 2018 World Economic Forum in Davos. The installation required 2 or more people to hold and press the two ends of a circuit at the same time to activate it. When activated, the installation fully comes to life, where small floating clouds light up, the hot air balloons raise to the sky and the World Villages on each screen turn from a dormant to a fully vibrant and activate state.

I am passionate for all forms of creative expression, including dance, arts and music, and I strive to deliver ideas and solutions that contribute to the social and cultural improvement of the audiences and communities at the centre of her campaigns.

 

Recently, I have been directing her efforts towards building ReMIND Academy, a community-based learning programme that stimulates critical thinking and creativity, aiming to empower the Young by providing the tools and skill set they need to successfully develop their talents, personal projects and small-businesses.

With nearly a decade of industry experience as an award-winning creative in the areas of interactive digital arts and digital innovation, during my most recent creative production engagement as a freelance Creative Lead with Nexus Interactive Arts, I was actively involved in projects including Experiential, VR, and apps doe clients such as Google, IBM and Disney.
